Job summary

Authentic Security is seeking Casual Cash/Coin Processors for our Beresfield Branch in the Newcastle–Maitland area. Shifts start as early as 7 am and require standing for long periods while handling cash and valuables.

Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, solid computer and data entry skills, and a high level of honesty. You must be able to work well in a team and meet deadlines, with the ability to lift up to 20 kg if required.

We have working depots in the key Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, South Australia and Perth markets and a contractor network nationally to facilitate our customer requirements. As the business grows we are expanding into Beresfield and are looking for cash/coin processors.

About the Position

We have an opportunity for Casual Cash/Coin Processors to work within our Beresfield Branch. Shifts can vary, starting as early as 7 am.

Job Role/Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process cash and other valuables
• Maintain accurate cash processing records and verification to ensure balancing
• Identify and report all discrepancies
• Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures
• Strictly comply with company policy and procedures

The successful applicant will require:

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in cash handling an advantage
