Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking a meticulous cash processing assistant at our Murarrie Branch in Brisbane. You will count money, sort and package cash and valuables for delivery, and report discrepancies.

The role requires precision, a strong work ethic, and adherence to security procedures to protect clients and assets. Candidates with experience in banking, retail, or school canteens who are comfortable handling money and working as part of a team will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash or valuables is preferred.
• Strong numerical abilities and accuracy are essential.
• Ability to follow security procedures and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Count money received from clients, ensuring accuracy.
• Sort and package cash and valuables for delivery.

What does the job look like?

Working within our Murarrie Branch, this position is responsible for counting money that comes in from our clients, before sorting it and packaging it in preparation for delivery. Key areas include:

• Ensure efficient processing of cash and other valuables
• Identify and report all discrepancies
• Adhere to strict security and operational procedures and rules
• Ensure all Armaguard safety standards are being adhered to
