Job summary

Armaguard, part of the Linfox Armaguard Group, is hiring at our Townsville branch. This role focuses on accuracy, security, and teamwork as you count cash and valuables received from clients, then sort and package them for delivery.

You will follow strict security procedures, maintain accurate processing records, report discrepancies, and uphold safety standards. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to serving banking, retail and government clients.

What does the job look like?

Working within our Townsville Branch, this role is all about accuracy, security, and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for counting cash and valuables received from clients, then sorting and packaging them ready for delivery. Key areas include:

• Efficiently processing cash and other valuables
• Maintaining accurate cash processing records
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies
• Following strict security and operational procedures
• Ensuring all Armaguard safety standards are met
