Job summary

VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency is seeking a compassionate Case Support Worker to join The Orange Door team in Frankston. You will support client intake, referrals and administration while coordinating team tasks in a culturally safe environment.

You will connect Aboriginal children, families and communities with the right supports, maintain records, and help families on their journey toward stronger outcomes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and organised professional with strong administration and communication skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming experience for clients, assist intake and referrals, maintain records, and support service delivery.
• Respect confidentiality, build positive stakeholder relationships, and work in a culturally safe way with Aboriginal families.

Responsibilities

• Support client intake, referrals, and administration; coordinate team tasks.
• Connect families with appropriate supports and services to achieve stronger outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service delivery.

Education

Diploma in community services or equivalent
