Job summary

State of Victoria, Bendigo, is seeking Case Practice Support Practitioners (CPP2) to assist child protection services by supporting cases and ensuring the wellbeing of children. You will facilitate contact visits and help coordinate services for families in the region.

Case Practice Support Worker (CPP2) opportunties in BendigoCase Practice Support Practitioners (CPP2) are integral to child protection and involves case support tasks, such as facilitating contact visits, transporting children to services and other case support duties such as:observing and assessing the interactions between children and family membersproviding reports to child protection case managers to assess and plan for the child's best interests.The transportation of children is a requirement of this role. As such, you will have a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for extended periods of time. There may be the requirement to work overnight and travel in evenings and early mornings. On occasions, additional hours may be required to ensure the wellbeing of children. Full-time (76 hours per fortnight) / Part-Time and job share options may be available that meet programs needs during peak periods between 7am to 7pm.
