Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation

Help shape the future of workers’ compensation services. We’re launching a brand-new self-insurance business operation and are seeking experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Managers to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building a customer-focused service model from the ground up. The role is based in Melbourne | Hybrid WFH and offers a package of up to $115k (depending on experience).

As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of workers’ compensation claims within a self-insured framework
  • Guide recovery journeys by coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs
  • Keep things compliant with workers’ compensation legislation and regulations
  • Partner for success – working with employees, providers and management to deliver positive outcomes
  • Provide support with heart, offering empathetic care to injured workers

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience – + 1 year in workers’ compensation case management (self-insurance a bonus!)
  • Solid knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and frameworks
  • A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised and detail-driven, able to juggle multiple cases effectively
  • A problem solver with empathy, balancing analysis with genuine care
