A community organization in Melbourne is looking for a part-time case manager to deliver support services to social housing tenants at risk of homelessness. You will provide advocacy and case management, engage with clients, and develop case plans. Candidates with tertiary qualifications in Social Work are preferred. Competitive hourly rate of $45.92 - $49.41 with additional benefits including wellbeing leave.

Launch Housing is funded to deliver the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing’s (DFFH) Tenancy Plus – tenancy support program in the north catchment of the DFFH North & West Region and in the inner/middle catchments of the DFFH Southern region.
Tenancy Plus provides case management support to public housing tenants and residents and some community housing tenants to achieve positive client outcomes and prevent homelessness.
This is a permanent part-time role (60.8 hours per fortnight) based at Collingwood.
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates will be given priority consideration. All other candidates are welcome to apply.
$45.92 - $49.41 an hour + Superannuation + NFP Salary Packaging (tax savings) + Additional Wellbeing Leave Available + Cultural/Ceremonial Leave
