You will apply evidence-based case management to individuals at medium risk of reoffending and prepare detailed reports while monitoring compliance with court orders.

Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practicesthat reduce reoffendingandconnect individuals toprograms,servicesand community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
Case Managers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium risk of reoffending.This role is required to utilise case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive, targeted interventions to assist in reducing their risk of reoffending.
