Programmed is hiring for a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator in Lonsdale (SA). The role runs Day and Afternoon shifts, 6:00 AM to 2:06 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:06 PM, Monday to Friday, with a casual ongoing opportunity. Responsibilities include loading yarn, operating tufting machinery, forklift duties, and data recording.

Applicants should hold a current LF forklift licence and have machine-operating experience. Experience in carpet manufacturing or textiles is valued.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence is required.
• Previous machine operating and/or forklift experience.
• Experience in carpet manufacturing or textile production is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Load yarn and materials into carpet tufting machinery.
• Set up and operate carpet manufacturing equipment.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products.
• Record and monitor production data.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist with general production and material handling duties.
