Focused on Cleaning is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our Toowoomba team. You’ll operate our industrial steam cleaning machines to clean carpets, tiles, lounges and rugs, delivering high-value results and excellent customer service on every job.

We offer flexible hours (38 hours, 4-day weeks), opportunities for career progression, and an uncapped commission on added services. A valid driver's license and police check are required, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High customer service skills required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid manual driver’s license with clean record.
• Police check required and ability to use mobile apps.
• Flexible hours including 38–40 hours with 4-day week.

Responsibilities

• Perform steam cleaning of carpets, tiles, lounges, and rugs.
• Maintain an accurate schedule and communicate optimization ideas.
• Close each day with job notes and customer/admin communication.
• Attend work with a positive mindset and collaborate with team.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked and maintained.
• Present a professional image with clean uniforms.
• Communicate daily with clients and team to ensure satisfaction.
