We're partnering with a highly respected builder specialising in high-end, luxury residential homes ranging from $1M to $5M. With several stunning new projects set to begin in the coming months in Brisbane and Gold Coast, they're growing their team and are looking for permanent carpenters to join them.

Description

The Role:

This full-time role based inGold Coast offers a steady Monday to Friday schedule.

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades efficiently
  • Work independently while also leading small on-site teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a superior standard

Profile

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience working on high-end custom homes, ideally in the $1M - $5M range
  • Qualified Carpenter with over 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, including high-end renovations and extensions, new builds.
  • Practical problem-solver with the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of custom renovation work
  • Holds a current QLD Carpentry License
  • Full set of tools and reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow detailed plans
  • Professional, punctual, and client-focused, with excellent communication and presentation skills
