Our Sunshine Coast team is on the search for an all rounder carpenter/handyman to carry out remedial and maintenance projects.

With 76 years’ industry experience, Higgins Coatings continues to be ownedand operated as a proud family business. Higgins is Australia's premiercommercial painting and maintenance contractor to a broad range of industries.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an “all-rounder”, tojoin our Sunshine Coast team on a full time basis to assist our paintingteams in doing general maintenance duties.

Duties include basic carpentry, tiling, door replacement,guttering, patching/rendering, pressure cleaning, and related repairs tasks. Youmay also be asked to assist our Project Managers with some basic estimating andquoting of repairs for our clients.

You will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude and beself-directed to solve issues, as this role provides you a high degree ofautonomy, often working alone. You will also need to have:

• Experienceworking in maintenance/remediation type works
• Tradequalification is preferable, but not a requirement
• Experiencecomplying with safety systems and can complete/follow risk assessments
• ConstructionWhite Card and Blue card (preferred)
