Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team on modular homes.
• Attend work Monday - Friday consistently.

Aspen Construction are currently looking for Carpenters to work with our growing teams on modular/transportable homes.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to carry out all aspects of carpentry, likes to work hard, is used to a fast paced environment, and work with a great team.

This job will not suit you if:

• You are not able to work in a fast paced environment;
• You do not have a minimum of 2 years residential carpentry experience;

Must have requirements:

• Able to read/interpret plans and drawings
• Roof Plumbing skills
• Able to work unsupervised
• Have own transport and driver’s license
• Have own basic tools (hammer, impact driver etc) all other tools will be provided
• Be highly motivated and hard working
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Must be reliable and able to attend work Monday - Friday
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• White Card and own transport – Essential
• Forklift ticket – desirable
• Must be capable of working on a roof
• Steel frame modular experience will be looked upon desirably

Details:

• Casual (fulltime)
• Consistent and ongoing work (at least 2 years of consistent work in the pipeline)
• Minimum 8hr days, weekend not required but if desired is available
• We have work based in a yard so no need to travel around Perth
• Immediate start

• Competitive per hour remuneration based on skill level.
