• Formal carpentry or cabinet making qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Carpenter or Cabinet Maker, ideally in a custom or high-end production environment
• Excellent hand skills and attention to detail to produce work to a high standard
• Strong problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions for clients
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and able to set out tasks to execute with precision and efficiently

Raffa Carpentry is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our skilled team in the inner suburbs of melbourne. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks. You will play a key role in the construction of high-end homes, commercial fit outs and general property maintaince.

What you'll be doing

Interpret and follow design plans to produce custom homes

Accurately measure, mark, and cut wood materials to specification

Perform site take offs for materials

Perform maintenance and repairs on existing homes

Collaborate with other trades to ensure correct construction procedures

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety

What we're looking for
