Job summary

Oke Building Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated carpenter to join on a subcontractor or casual basis in the Lismore area. Work ranges from repairs and maintenance to renovations and extensions on residential projects.

The role offers varied, hands-on experience and potential ongoing work through 2027 as the business grows. Ideal candidates have carpentry experience, a Certificate III in Carpentry, White Card, a valid driver’s licence, and own tools/products.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated carpenter to join us on a subcontractor or casual basis.

The work will vary from smaller repair and maintenance jobs through to renovations, extensions and other residential carpentry work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is motivated to gain experience across different types of projects.

We have contracted projects running through to the end of 2026 and into 2027, with additional work in the pipeline. We are looking for someone who is interested in ongoing opportunities as the business continues to grow. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, as work availability may vary with weather and conditions in the local building and construction industry.

Role Responsibilities:

Complete a range of carpentry and building tasks to a high standard
