Job summary

AR Developments is seeking motivated Carpenters to join our growing construction team across Ripley, Springfield Lakes and Logan Reserve in South East Queensland. Permanent, full-time opportunities with strong career progression are available for qualified Carpenters or 3rd/4th Year Apprentices.

Join a team working primarily with steel-framed residential construction, delivering quality homes in well-established master-planned communities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice in carpentry.
• Experience with steel framing is preferred but not required.
• Current White Card is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport required.
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and keen to develop skills further.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry works across residential construction projects.
• Install and construct frames, fix-outs, cladding, and finishing components.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with Site Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.
• Assist in keeping projects on schedule and delivered to a high standard.

With a strong pipeline of residential developments across South East Queensland, AR Developments is seeking motivated and reliable Carpenters to join our growing construction team working across Ripley, Springfield Lakes and Logan Reserve.

Whether you're a qualified carpenter looking for long-term stability or a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Working primarily with steel-framed residential construction, you'll play a key role in delivering quality homes within well-established master-planned communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry works across residential construction projects
• Install and construct frames, fix-outs, cladding, and finishing components

About You
