Qualifications

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (required).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example in kitchen.
• Experience managing and coaching small teams.
• Experience cooking for large groups.
• Ability to coordinate menus and tailor meals to dietary needs.
• Knowledge of OHS, food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Aged care experience desirable; hotel/restaurant backgrounds welcome with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage catering, housekeeping, and laundry services to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Oversee meal preparation and food service to ensure nutritious meals meeting health and safety standards.
• Ensure housekeeping and laundry operations are efficient, compliant with policies and standards.
