Job summary

Bupa Willoughby is seeking care staff to support residents at our Willoughby aged care home. Join a friendly, professional team focused on health, wellbeing and high-quality care in a modern facility on the Lower North Shore of Sydney.

You will contribute to a supportive environment, delivering person-centred care and collaborating with clinicians, activities teams and families to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
• Passion and energy for world class care.
• Ability to work as part of a tight‑knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes

Bupa Willoughby is a modern care home set in a lush, leafy suburb on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. You’ll be close to the local community with neighbouring; school, church, parks, Chatswood shopping precinct, local shops and transport links nearby. It consists of 85 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
