Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Wagga Wagga is seeking caring Carers for casual, part-time and full-time shifts at Caloola Centre Aged Care Home. You will support residents with personal care, activities, and daily routines, delivering compassionate, respectful care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner.

• You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome.

About the Role:

Located at Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour, care and support to residents.

As a Carer, you will enhance residents' lives with compassionate care. By understanding their needs and preferences, you create meaningful connections that support their well-being. You will assist with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines, with the support of your team.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $32.61 - $36.23/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.
