Job summary

Dovida is seeking compassionate caregivers in Malvern to provide care, comfort, and companionship to older people or those with disabilities. This casual role offers flexible daytime hours across at least three weekdays, with a focus on reliable, personable service and community-based work.

You’ll receive training, coaching, and support from a team of coaches, with above-award pay and local work opportunities within your community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and personable.
• Certificate in aged care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Lived experience supporting elderly family members or friends is highly desirable.
• Located in Malvern, willing to travel between clients.
• Available 3+ days (Mon–Fri from 7:30am onwards).
• Have a smartphone and laptop/tablet.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort, and companionship to older people or those living with a disability.
• Assist with daily tasks and meaningful conversations as part of a supportive team.
• Travel between clients in Malvern and surrounding areas as needed.
• Maintain reliable, compassionate, and professional conduct with clients and families.

We're looking for compassionate, organised, and reliable Caregivers based in Malvern who are available to work at least 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) with availability between 7:30am - 8:30pm.

This is a casual role, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
