Staughton College is seeking a professionally qualified Careers and Pathways Practitioner and Leader to head the Careers and Pathways Team from 2027. You will lead careers education, counselling and pathway planning for Years 7–12, focusing on students needing individualised support and guiding them toward tertiary and vocational options.

The role requires strong knowledge of tertiary education, vocational pathways and employer engagement, with close collaboration with school leadership.
