Qualifications

• Experience in delivering career transition programs or employment services.
• Strong understanding of the local labour market and employers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and employers.
• Background in career development or counselling is advantageous.
• Experience organizing, planning, and facilitating training programs.
• Proven track record in achieving results and delivering customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Consult and assess applicants for program suitability.
• Deliver CTA program in group training settings.
• Develop participants' skills and assist in obtaining sustainable employment.
• Build relationships with jobactive providers and employers to promote the program.
• Collaborate with government departments and local industry bodies.
• Facilitate CTA program aligning with accreditation and contractual obligations.
