Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Night Duty Care Worker to provide compassionate dementia care in a high-care community in North Parramatta. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care and a focus on dignity and comfort during night shifts.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and demonstrated dementia care experience, with strong communication and teamwork to maintain high standards of care and safety.

As a valued member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. This role is based in a dedicated high care dementia community, supporting residents with complex care and behavioural needs. You'll use your experience, empathy and professional judgement to provide person-centred care, helping residents feel safe, valued and connected every day.
You're an experienced aged care professional who communicates with confidence, builds rapport easily and enjoys working collaboratively with others. You are passionate about delivering person-centred care and understand the importance of creating meaningful moments for people living with dementia. You remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing situations and are committed to providing high-quality care that makes a genuine difference in residents' lives.
