Qualifications

  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
  • Reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations.
  • Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
  • Basic computer and smartphone literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Support with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming.
  • Assist with planning, preparing, and cooking meals.

Your opportunity

As a valued Home Care Worker at Anglicare based in the Upper North Shore area on a Permanent Part Time basis, you will provide compassionate, high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

You will assist with daily living tasks, offer emotional support, and provide meaningful companionship. Your care will ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued in the comfort of their own environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance – Supporting with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Meal Preparation – Assisting with planning, preparing, and cooking meals.
  • Personal Care Support – Helping with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Social Engagement – Providing companionship and encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement.
  • Transport Services – Offering transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.
