BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking Care Workers to support clients across the Central Coast NSW in their own homes. You will help with daily activities, household tasks and personal care while building caring relationships with clients.

The role requires a valid Australian driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication. Flexible weekday hours 8am–5pm are available, with ongoing training and salary packaging options.

About the Role

As a Care Worker supporting clients across the Central Coast and surrounding areas including Gosford, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Successful applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5pm.

How We Support You

To support you from your very first day, we provide:

• Earn $34.42/hr (unqualified) - $36.23/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What You'll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
