Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Worker to support clients in Albury and surrounds with in‑home care tasks. You will travel between client locations providing complex care, domestic help, mobility support and companionship to help clients live independently in their own homes.

We’re looking for someone available to work up to 30 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with the chance to grow through our development programs and supportive supervision.

About the Role

As a Care Worker supporting clients across Albury and surrounds you will be required to travel between multiple client locations throughout these service areas as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

We're seeking someone available to work up to 30 hours per fortnight across Monday to Friday.

• Earn $34.42/hr (unqualified) - $36.23/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What You'll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third‑Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email. You have a caring nature, strong patience and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s day.
