About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Care Services Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable care services. This position requires an experienced, dynamic leader committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality care and support to people living with dementia.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this position balances business management with high-quality service delivery while championing and embodying the values and culture of the organisation.

  • Proven experience in operational leadership, with a track record of delivering on strategic plans and growing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate and balance regulatory requirements and quality compliance standards while driving operational and strategic growth.
  • A strong commitment to a values-led leadership style.
  • A leader who is calm under pressure and understands strong advocate for change
Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Services, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a senior executive leadership position.
