With 84 single rooms, including a secure 12 bed memory support unit, private ensuites and state-of-the-art amenities, we offer the most comprehensive range of services, including residential aged care, palliative care, secure dementia care and respite care.
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within our aged care facility. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role where your clinical expertise and guidance will directly shape the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.
In this role, you’ll work closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure care is safe, responsive, and tailored to individual needs. You’ll be a trusted leader on the floor—supporting staff, guiding best practice, and ensuring clinical standards are consistently met.
