NSW Health at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Catheter Lab and Cardiac Day Stay Unit. The role covers pre/post procedural care and scrub/scout duties for interventional cardiovascular procedures, with an on-call component outside business hours.

You must have current AHPRA registration and be an Australian resident or visa holder. The unit operates 07:00–19:30, Monday–Friday, with additional on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with the NMB Australia (AHPRA).
• Australian resident or current visa holder.
• Cath Lab experience preferred; 2+ years in acute settings (ICU/ED/CCU).
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Available for after-hours call backs within 30 minutes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high-performing team.
• Ability to work unsupervised during peak periods.
