Job summary

R V Hub Pty Ltd in Erina, NSW, is seeking a Caravan Yard Hand/All Rounder to join the team on a permanent casual basis with potential to become full-time. This hands-on role focuses on keeping caravans and the yard in top condition and supporting seamless operations within the RV sales business.

The successful candidate will be reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and comfortable using basic tools, towing caravans, and performing general Yard tasks.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Practical with confidence using basic tools.
• Comfortable towing caravans with a valid licence.

• Keeps caravans clean and well presented.
• Caravan/automotive or maintenance experience advantageous.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Caravan detailing, cleaning and presentation.
• Towing and help with setup at industry shows.
• Move and position caravans within the yard using appropriate equipment.
• Complete pre-checks on caravans on arrival and before handover.
• Open and close the yard.
• General caravan maintenance and repairs.
• Identify and report issues with caravans.
• Carry out yard maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with other day-to-day tasks as required.
• Ensure the yard remains safe and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.

R V Hub Pty Ltd is seeking a Caravan Yard Hand/All Rounder to join our team on a permanent casual basis with the potential becoming full time. This is a hands-on position based in Erina, NSW, offering the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a caring and practical environment. As a Yard Hand/All Rounder, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and presentation of our caravan yard, ensuring all vehicles and facilities are maintained to a high standard. This role is essential to supporting our operations and contributing to the smooth running of our caravan and RV sales business.

Key responsibilities

• Caravan detailing, cleaning and presentation
• Towing and help with set up at industry shows
• Assist with the movement and positioning of caravans and vehicles within the yard using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Completing pre-checks on caravans on arrival and before handover or delivery
• Opening and closing the yard
• General caravan maintenance and repairs
• Identifying and reporting any issues with caravans
• Perform general yard maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, pressure washing, and tidying of work areas
• Assisting the team with other day-to-day tasks as required
• Ensure the yard remains safe and compliant with health and safety standards
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management to support business operations
