Job summary

Lawrence RV is seeking a Caravan Service & Repair Technician for our Burpengary service centre. You’ll service, repair and inspect caravans, campers and motorhomes, perform pre-delivery checks and help with accessory fit-outs.

Training customers at handover on how to use their RV is also part of the role. We welcome all experience levels and offer a supportive, family-run team culture with real career growth in a booming RV industry.

Qualifications

• Trade skills in automotive, electrical, plumbing, gas, cabinetry, or welding.
• Or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn.
• Confident with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Great communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Reliable with initiative and team mindset.

Our Burpengary Service Centre is growing fast, and we’re looking for hands-on, motivated people to join our team.

The Role
As a Caravan Service & Repair Technician, you’ll carry out a wide range of workshop and customer-focused tasks, including:

• Servicing, repairs, and insurance work on caravans, campers & motorhomes
• Pre-delivery inspections and accessory fit-outs
• Diagnosing and fixing warranty issues
• Cleaning and detailing to showroom standard
• Training customers at handover on how to use their new RV

What We’re Looking For

• Trade skills (automotive, electrical, plumbing, gas, cabinetry, welding) OR a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
