Job summary

The Caravan Group Pty Ltd, operating as DRIVE RV, seeks an experienced Caravan Builder to join our Officer South, VIC workshop on a full-time basis. You will construct caravan walls, roofs and flooring from design through to delivery in a hands-on, on-site role.

Responsibilities include installing CNC furniture, reading planning drawings, performing quality checks and maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven caravan building or RV fabrication experience.
• Strong carpentry and construction skills.
• Ability to read and interpret planning drawings.
• Experience with CNC furniture installation is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Construct caravan walls, roofs and flooring according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Install CNC furniture to planning specifications with safety compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify and rectify defects.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Provide feedback to improve construction processes.
