Job summary

E-Con Group is seeking a reliable Car Park Attendant / Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor and manage our commercial building's car park in Australia. You will ensure proper use, enforce parking rules, and address unauthorised parking while maintaining accurate records and safety around the parking areas.

The role requires professionalism, a calm approach when enforcing rules, and the ability to photograph breaches when needed. Previous related experience is valued, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual and observant.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in parking enforcement or security is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol and monitor the commercial car park level.
• Identify and record parking breaches and unauthorised vehicles.
• Monitor vehicles for compliance with allocated parking arrangements.
• Issue breach notices in accordance with the building's Car Park Management System.
• Ensure loading bays, driveways, ramps, access areas and designated spaces remain clear.
• Photograph and document breaches where required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles and parking infringements.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly and well-managed car park environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the car park is used appropriately, maintaining compliance with building parking rules and addressing unauthorised or improper parking.
