Full-Time Car Detailer – Entry Level or Experienced

Sublime Car Care is a locally owned business in Wollongong, known for delivering top-tier car detailing and paint protection services. We pride ourselves on high standards, care, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a full-time Car Detailer to join our team. Detailing experience is not required and we are happy to provide training. We're happy to train the right person who’s motivated, reliable, good communicator and passionate about cars. If you already have skills in window tinting or paint protection film (PPF), that’s a huge plus — and comes with higher pay.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out full interior and exterior car detailing (from basic washes to deep cleans).
• Wash, wax, vacuum, polish, and restore vehicles to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with a friendly, skilled team.
• (If experienced) Assist with PPF or window tinting installations.

What We’re Looking For:

• No detailing experience required — we provide full training.
• Experience with PPF or window tinting is a plus (higher pay if applicable).
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to move vehicles safely.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow processes.
• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work full-time (38+ hours/week).

What You’ll Learn:

• Advanced detailing techniques and correction.
• Ceramic coating application.
• (Optional) PPF and window tinting — training available in the future for the right candidate.
