Job summary

Grampians Health is seeking a Project Manager for the Capital Projects team in Ballarat. Based primarily at our Ballarat Campus, with travel to other campuses as required, you will lead capital infrastructure projects through feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and close-out.

You will report to Senior Program Manager(s) and support the current program of works and future projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget and time objectives are achieved while engaging internal and external

Qualifications

• Qualification in project management or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering capital infrastructure projects across lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of capital infrastructure projects within scope, time and budget.
• Manage projects through feasibility to close-out and commissioning.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and governance documentation.
• Foster relationships with clinicians, leaders, consultants, contractors and agencies.
• Coordinate consultant and contractor activities to meet objectives and compliance.
