Job Description
  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain and update training records and employee development plans.
  • Support the design and implementation of capability frameworks and learning pathways.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and organisational policies in all training activities.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on training outcomes and participation rates.
  • Provide administrative support for people and capability team and projects as required.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of development programs and suggest improvements.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Capability Development Coordinator should have:
