Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Capability Advisor to coordinate training and capability activities for our ERP transformation program. Based in South Brisbane, you will align learning needs, schedules and delivery with business readiness and governance requirements.

You will partner with the Training Supervisor and stakeholders to ensure learner pathways, data and reports are accurately maintained and reported, supporting successful go-lives and ongoing capability

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning or capability initiatives within large organisations.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and learning requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner readiness activities and logistics for go-live events.
