• Lead collaboratively with CAPA teams, staff, tutors, practitioners and networks.
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills for whole-school processes.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion and student wellbeing in arts programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and coordination of CAPA programs within the designated school.
• Coordinate ensembles, productions, co-curricular arts activities and large-scale events.
• Develop, curate and evaluate arts ensembles and workshops; manage resources and budgets.
• Build partnerships with arts organisations and tertiary institutions to enhance opportunities.
