Job summary

Red Bend Catholic College invites suitably qualified and experienced Creative and Performing Arts Teachers to join our team as the Faculty Coordinator, overseeing the strategic direction, curriculum delivery and daily operations of the creative arts department.

The role focuses on Visual Arts, Music and Drama, and requires leadership, clear communication and a commitment to student learning within a Marist school community in NSW. Applications close 18 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Be able to gain NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Experience leading Creative Arts department or faculty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction of the Creative Arts Faculty (Visual Arts, Music, Drama).
• Coordinate curriculum delivery across departments and year levels.
• Manage daily operations and staffing within the faculty.
• Lead in-class instruction, co-curricular activities, and student engagement.
