Love Recruitment International is helping a premium health and fitness club in Canberra find a Sales Manager to own membership sales and lead the consultant team. The role focuses on building genuine community and corporate connections across the city with autonomy from day one.

You'll manage monthly targets, drive retention, coach the team, and create a strong onboarding journey to engage members beyond the first ninety days, with a clear progression path to General Manager for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience and ability to coach a team.
• Knowledge of Canberra market and local business connections.
• Structured sales process with coaching ability.
• Energetic, personable and numbers-driven.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the membership sales team.
• Owning monthly sales and retention targets.
• Building corporate and community partnerships across Canberra.
• Managing enquiries end to end from first contact through tour to sign-up.
• Running one-to-ones, role plays and pipeline reviews.
• Delivering onboarding journey for new members.
