Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Canberra seeks an energetic Sales Manager to lead, support and develop the membership sales team, aligning efforts to achieve overall sales targets. The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate staff and drive a robust sales program with a focus on member acquisition.

You will report to the General Manager and Group Sales Manager, with opportunities to progress locally, interstate or overseas as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the psychology of sales.
• Ability to build, lead and monitor a sales strategy.
• Experience in developing and motivating a sales team.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts and methods.
• Experience driving new club memberships (including corporate memberships).
• Ability to develop strategies to drive ancillary revenue for the club.

• Lead, support and develop the membership sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies and ensure execution by the team.
• Drive new Club memberships including Corporate memberships and partnerships.
