Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in project management or site-based construction delivery.
• Background in commercial building or related technical installations.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Australian Citizenship with NV1 clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & manage assigned projects from planning to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, technicians and suppliers.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor project budgets and progress.
• Coordinate procurement and resources to meet schedules.
• Manage project documentation.
• Ensure WHS compliance and contractual obligations.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks.
