Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to provide financial, commercial and strategic leadership across its diversified Australian operations. The role reports to the CEO and forms part of the Executive Leadership Team, driving sustainable growth and strong financial performance.

The CFO will partner with the CEO to shape the Group's long-term strategy, lead financial planning, governance and funding arrangements, and develop the finance function across construction,

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial leadership experience with the ability to influence commercial and strategic outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to assess opportunities, manage risk and influence decisions.
• Experience across financial strategy, business planning, capital management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and deliver Hindmarsh Group's long-term strategy.
• Provide commercial and financial leadership across construction, property development and retirement living.
• Lead financial planning, capital management and investment decisions to support sustainable growth.
• Strengthen financial performance, balance sheet management and funding arrangements.
• Oversee financial governance, risk management, compliance and Board reporting.
