Job summary

Trinity College in northern Adelaide is seeking an experienced Grounds and Maintenance team member to maintain playing fields, gardens and surrounds across the College. You will work in a busy Facilities team, delivering high amenity outdoor spaces that support teaching, learning and co-curricular programs.

The role requires a Certificate III in Turf Management or Horticulture, a current SA driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including events and school holidays.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Turf Management or Horticulture completed.
• Cricket wicket maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role within a continuous delivery service model.
• Flexible approach to working out of hours and school holidays.
• Can work unsupervised or in a team with positive attitude.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement aligned with Trinity College values.
• Safe work practices in a school/child-care environment.
• Sound irrigation knowledge and relevant licenses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high amenity and garden maintenance per priorities.
• Maintain and prepare sporting fields to College standards.
• Support landscape and turf renewal projects from planning to delivery.
• Conduct audits and safety checks to support maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with the team to meet Customer Service Charter goals.
