Job summary

Chairo Christian School on the Drouin campus is seeking a dedicated First Aid & Student Administration Officer to support reception and general office tasks from Term 1, 2027.

You will provide first aid to students, dispense medications, maintain the sickbay, and assist with camp and excursion requirements. The role requires strong people skills, computer literacy, and a Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• First Aid Officer qualification or relevant experience.
• Excellent people skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong computer literacy including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and dispense medications to students as required.
• Support the school community through the smooth running of the sickbay.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for students.
• Handle parent, student and medical queries and requests.
• Ensure first aid and medical requirements are met for camps and excursions.
