Job summary

ISS is hiring experienced Cleaning Specialists for a part-time role in Logan. You will clean internal and external areas, operate cleaning equipment, stock supplies, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

A police clearance and a Blue Card/Working With Children Check are required or willingness to obtain them. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, with emphasis on reliability and learning on the job.

Qualifications

• Police clearance (National) within 12 months or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card/Working With Children Check within 5 years or willingness to obtain.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred; willingness to learn essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean internal public areas: offices, teaching rooms, laboratories, toilets, tea rooms.
• Clean external areas: roads and walkways using high pressure washers and road sweepers.
• Operate cleaning equipment: vacuums, scrapers, dusters and chemicals.
• Stock supplies and place orders as needed.
• Maintain cleaning records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate positively with customers.

The Position
