Qualifications

• Qualifications in Chaplaincy, Religious Education, mission or campus ministry.

• Experience in faith formation and pastoral care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills including budgeting and prioritising resources.
• Proficient with Office and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and support to students and staff on campus.
• Support major university events (Orientation, Graduation Masses, Open Days).
• Manage Chaplaincy Office administration, budgets, events and records.
• Create faith and spiritual programs for students and staff.
• Plan spiritual activities including retreats, prayer, scripture readings and Mass.
• Welcome people of all faith backgrounds and foster inclusivity.
• Build partnerships with local parishes, dioceses and Catholic organisations.
