Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of mechanics, including scheduling, task allocation and performance reviews.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee campervan repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Monitor stock levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables; coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Track workshop performance metrics and ensure budget adherence; propose process improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards; conduct regular inspections and audits to mitigate hazards.
