Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant to support commercial and residential projects across the region. You will perform general labouring, assist trades and help with site preparation, material handling and site clean-up.

This role offers an hourly rate of $35.11, weekly pay, 11.5% super, and a $22 daily travel allowance. Prior construction experience and a White Card are preferred, and ongoing casual assignments can lead to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:
