Job summary

Orchard Marketing in Australia is seeking a proactive Producer to run fast-paced campaigns for a key health client, taking print and digital assets from brief to final delivery while ensuring compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with client teams, creative, medical writing and studio, manage schedules, briefs, estimates and budgets, and oversee QA, print production, and digital specs across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ production or account management experience in creative, digital or health agency (preferred).
• Hands-on print production experience with printers and suppliers.
• Experience delivering digital assets across multiple channels and formats; knowledge of MLR/Veeva workflows is a plus.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns end-to-end across print and digital assets, from brief to final delivery.
• Create production schedules with milestones, reviews and approval gates.
• Brief creative, studio and medical writing teams and manage multiple jobs at pace.
• Oversee print production with suppliers and QA digital assets to platform specs.
• Maintain accurate estimates, budgets, and timesheets; track scope and change requests.
